💬 Frontline Company – Common Questions Answered

📅 Q: When will classes begin?

We are hopeful to begin classes the week of August 11th.

  • 📍 Carlsbad: We plan to begin classes on Monday, August 12th as scheduled.

  • 📍 Roswell: We are waiting on final city inspections for our new building. As we complete cleaning, painting, ADA-compliant upgrades, and safety installations, we’re working as quickly as possible.

🔧 Roswell city policy now requires full building, fire, and ADA inspections for any business relocation. While this may cause a slight delay, we are grateful for the city’s efforts to keep students safe.

🙏 We’ll keep you updated—and we ask that you pray with us for everything to move quickly and smoothly!

📍 Q: How do I enroll?

👉 Visit www.frontlinecompany.org to browse the full schedule and available classes.
At checkout, select the classes you’d like and pay $40 per student to reserve their spots—no matter how many classes they take!

🎨 Q: What classes do you offer?

🎶 Piano • Voice • Guitar • Bass • Drums • Violin
🎨 Art (ages 4–adult)
🧭 Sign Language (ASL)
🌎 Spanish
🎤 Praise Team & Worship-Based Classes

📣 Art, ASL, and Spanish students participate in our recital day through live demonstrations and a gallery-style art show!

👧 Q: What ages do you serve?

Most classes are for ages 4 through adult.

  • 🎵 Students ages 4–6 start in Praise Platoon, our foundational class for young beginners.

  • Students must be at least 6 and in 1st grade to join most standard classes labeled for “age 7+”.

This structure helps students grow at the right pace and thrive in the classroom.

⏰ Q: What if a class is full?

If a class says “Out of Stock,” it means it’s full for now. You’re welcome to comment or message us to join the waitlist, and we’ll contact you if a spot opens up.

🧮 Q: Is sponsorship available?

Yes! If you need tuition help, we offer a 100% tax-deductible sponsorship program.
Just message us or comment with the word SPONSOR and we’ll follow up with info

privately.

💳 Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure billing system.

💵 Cash is accepted, but must be paid by the 1st of each month. If no cash is received by the 5th, the card on file will be charged.

📌 A card must be on file for all accounts, even for families planning to pay with cash.

🛠️ Tuition setup will be handled in person, over the phone, or through a digital invoice texted directly to you as we continue developing our website’s billing features.

💵 Q: How much does tuition cost?

Tuition is the same for all standard classes, with built-in family discounts:

  • $78/month for 1 student

  • $68/month per student for 2 students

  • $62/month per student for 3 or more students

✨ Art classes include an additional $5/month supply fee per enrolled student.

All tuition is billed monthly on the 1st, starting in August.

🎤 Q: What is the Stage & Swag Package? (Required for All Students)

To ensure every recital is a professional, meaningful experience, this all-in-one package includes:

  • 🎟️ 4 guest tickets

  • 👕 Exclusive recital t-shirt

  • 🎭 Full production and staffing support

  • 🏟️ Professional venue

  • 🎚️ On-site sound engineer

  • 🛅 Event security

  • 📋 Event coordination & planning

  • 📦 Event supplies and materials

📣 Art, ASL, and Spanish students also participate on recital day through featured demonstrations and an art show presentation!

💵 Cost: $150 per student
🔁 Pay in full or in 10 monthly installments of $15

📈 Q: Why is the Stage & Swag Package required even if we don’t participate?

Recital participation is encouraged but not required. However, the Stage & Swag fee is required for all enrolled students.

Recital day includes every student—not just performers. Art, ASL, and Spanish classes participate through showcases and demonstrations, and the event is planned and budgeted based on total enrollment. If only performing families contributed, we couldn’t offer the same high-quality experience.

🙏 We encourage participation because recital is a special opportunity for students to share their God-given gifts and grow in confidence. But even if you choose not to perform, your contribution helps support the entire Frontline Family.

🔹 Q: We only come to classes for 8 months—why am I being billed for 10?

Great question! While our school year runs for 10 months (August through May), we offer 32 weeks of actual class instruction, with breaks built in to follow the school calendar.

To make things easier for families, we divide the total cost of those 32 weeks over 10 equal monthly payments. This keeps tuition smaller, more consistent, and easier to budget—rather than having large payments during heavy class months or none during breaks.

So while you’re not in class every single week, your monthly tuition simply spreads out the full cost of the year across the full school term.
