Age 8 - Adult (Beginner)
Whether you’re 8 or 80, this class is the perfect place to begin your violin journey! We’ve seen incredible growth and connection by mixing ages—children bring energy, adults bring focus, and both benefit from learning side by side. We also encourage parents and students to take this class together, creating a shared learning experience that’s both meaningful and memorable.
Students will learn:
Proper posture and instrument care
How to hold the bow and violin comfortably
Basic note reading and rhythm
Playing on open strings and simple melodies
Foundational music theory concepts
How to make a joyful, worshipful sound—even as a beginner
With a strong emphasis on getting it right from the start, this class helps students build lasting skill and confidence while learning in a faith-filled, supportive environment.
