ROSWELL More Recital Info: PLEASE READ

Hi Frontline Families! Here are a few important recital reminders for this weekend:

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes early

• We will be taking group photos before each recital, so we cannot delay photos for late arrivals. Students must be seated and recital-ready before the program begins

• Students should arrive with instruments tuned and ready if applicable

• Your student must BRING their music to recital, even if they do not plan to use it during performance. If a student gets lost or needs assistance, instructors must have access to their music to help them effectively

• Instructors will meet students, help line them up for photos, and seat classes together

• After recital, students must remain with instructors until officially signed out

ATTIRE REMINDER:

• Students should NOT wear their keepsake recital shirts during performances

• Students should wear casual dressy clothing similar to church attire or school picture day clothing

• Please ensure outfits remain appropriate and in line with Frontline Company’s modesty dress code outlined in the student handbook

FOR STUDENT PICKUP:

• Matt will call students by class for dismissal after recital

• Parents, please meet at the sign-out area with Ms. Tammy after recital

• For safety, no student will be released without a parent or guardian present

• A security guard and staff team will also be assisting with exits and student safety

• Please be sure your student does not leave without their recital gift

• Please refrain from playing arcade/games during recital events, as that area belongs to Valley Cafe and was not included in our rental agreement
